Tommy, I have had my 72 GT for 35 years and have NO IDEA what a "rear window demister lamp" is.... There is a heater rear window switch and the heated glass of course. But no "lamp" that I am aware...

I assume he's refering to the white light that illuminates on the center console to indicate that the defroster is on?
